Almond Blossom Barn Policy

We want your experience at Almond Blossom Barn to be as seamless and enjoyable as possible. Please review our venue policies before booking your event:

Booking
A non-refundable booking fee of 50% is required at the time your event is scheduled.

Event Coordination
To ensure your day flows seamlessly, Almond Blossom Barn requires each client to hire a professional coordinator to assist onsite. A “Day-Of” coordinator must be present from the first vendor arrival through the completion of the event.

Insurance
Clients are required to obtain an event liability insurance policy with coverage of at least $2,000,000 per occurrence, including host liquor liability (covering setup and breakdown days). Proof of insurance must be provided 30 days prior to your event date. Insurance may be purchased through The Event Helper or your preferred insurance provider.

Alcoholic Beverages
Almond Blossom Barn is a beer, wine, champagne, and signature drinks only venue.

Music & Noise
Music must conclude by 10:00 PM, and sound levels should remain at a respectful volume throughout the event. Subwoofers are not permitted to ensure courtesy to our neighbors.

Setup, Equipment & Décor

  • Venue provides white resin chairs and round tables (60") for up to 150 guests, plus three (6') rectangular tables.

  • Clients are responsible for setup and breakdown of all tables and chairs.

  • No nails, staples, tacks, tape, or glue may be used on the barn or grounds.

  • Candles must be enclosed in votive holders or hurricane lanterns.

  • The following are not permitted: rice, birdseed, glitter, sparklers, or confetti.

  • Bubbles may be used outdoors only.

Breakdown & Clean-Up
All décor and personal items must be removed at the end of the event.
Clients are responsible for bagging all trash and placing it in the designated trailer.
Additional fees will apply if cleanup is incomplete.

Personal Property
Almond Blossom Barn is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property. Clients are fully responsible for any items they bring onto the property.

Cigarettes & Cigars
All smoking materials must be properly disposed of or collected during cleanup. Additional cleaning fees will apply if not handled appropriately.
